"Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property."

The staff was very friendly and helpful (such as with my luggage transportation) and the property had everything I needed. I can confidently give Sakura Hotel 5 stars, and would stay again."

"I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service "
