This hotel is absolutely amazing. We learned it opened about a month ago. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and was so very clean and the decor was inviting. The bathroom is just as amazing. This hotel is in a great location with really modern rooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting Kyoto. Staff was very friendly and helped us with the check-in process and also to call an uber driver during the checkout.

The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!

Property is in nice neighborhood, very close to bus stops/routes (<2 min), directly accessible from Kyoto station. Hotel is near several tourist locations and immediately walkable. Room size is decent with table, with washer but no dryer. Not a lot of drying rack/space though, and there is no external area to dry it outside. Not a lot of utensils/plates, but we made do.
