「The property itself is great even if the parking garage is a little inconveniently placed. It’s not a far walk, but can be tedious with traffic. Rooms and property maintain the historic elements of the previous bank usage now with modern amenities. The biggest downside is the homeless outreach center across the street, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there are some extremely aggressive individuals that can make you feel unsafe.」
「Beautiful hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't care for was that out room was next to the elevator shaft so we could hear the elevator anytime some used it but the front desk staff told us they were sorry that we may hear it and if it became a issue they would move us.」
「Very close to eating establishments. Coffee 24 hours/day is marvelous. Most staff very friendly and eager to help however the guy at check in when I arrived was not friendly at all. I have stayed at your hotel many a times and I do like the convenience off 81 and it being pet friendly.」

「Room was clean and spacious. Location is fantastic for Shenandoah national park. Food in the dining room was excellent. Views of the park from the hotel are amazing Only issue for me was location claimed two EV charging plugs and only one worked. 」
