Great property all around

We were looking for a hotel that was close to a training we were in town for … the hotel the training was at had horrible reviews … we found this wonderful place!! First I must mention the beds - they are SO SO amazing!! Comfort level of the mattress, the sheets and the pillows are are 10 out of 10!! The whole hotel is extremely clean. The water pressure is perfect. The bathtub DRAINED! We are going to let our customer know they need to move future trainings here - either way though, this is...

Carpet is in need of replacement in the room. Everything else was amazing!

Our check in process was wonderful! Gabby was extremely friendly, efficient and remembered us every time we came through the lobby!

The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. Speaking of which, the free breakfast is quite impressive with many hot food options service, including bacon and omelettes. The hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. What a lovely hotel! The staff was great, and the room was sparkling clean and fabulous. So nice to walk into this after a long day on the road. Spacious, inviting, and quiet. I loved it! My only very minor complaint would be that the bathroom needs better lighting. But overall, everything was wonderful.

Stayed here many many times. Always clean and the rooms have a peaceful atmosphere.

Staff are super friendly, hotel is clean, room has everything we needed. Wished breakfast had more options as things ran out quickly by the time we came down at 8:30am.

Clean room, quiet area and everything seems good so far

Very clean and updated. It is right across the street from St Francis hospital so super convenient if you’re coming from out of town for surgery. Bed was very comfortable as well. Staff is friendly. Would stay again.

I love the cleanliness and the staff was very friendly!!! I enjoyed my stay!

I love the staff, the bed was very confortable and the room was clean .

My experience has been very good with the hotel staff and service, only thing lacking is workout area equipment has to be updated and add some more equipment.

Property was clean and seemed safe. Rooms were in excellent condition and clean. Hallways were quiet, clean with no loitering. Excellent property
