「The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel looked dated, but the rooms appear to be newly renovated and very nice and clean. Will definitely return the next time we need to stay in Redding. 」

「We really liked that it was separated from the casino and you needed your room key to enter certain areas.」

「There are some stains on my sheets, but there isn't bugs. It's maybe old, I hope change it for others. Stuffs are very kind. I like this hotel.」

「The Thunderbird was nicely managed by the front desk manager. They are doing renovations, but it wasn’t particularly noisy. I was able to park right in front of my room which I liked. There are a few restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out, or perhaps broken. But I always bring my own Mini Keurig. It is reasonably priced for the accommodations. 」
