「This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.」

「Sweet place. Easy to find. Loved the outdoor area.」

「Super cute place, near downtown. Perfect t for my daughter and I. Well-appointed, clean, and modern」

「Everything was lovely. Will stay again and recommend :)The one thing that wasn’t great, is the neighbor across the alley was smoking and it was coming into the cottage. Also the podcast he was listening to was a bit creepy.Thank You We Had A Nice StayJeff & Teri」

It's a lovely neighborhood with wide streets and tons of trees.• The fan in the living space and the shade around the bungalow kept the temp really manageable without having to blast AC on the 92 days I was here. • It's comfortable and cute inside. Great for my solo lounging activities. The theme/decor is fun and adds dimension, and I appreciate the various spaces to put stuff (shelf, trunk, dresser, etc), and room to...

「The host was fine. The room was ok at best.I would not rebook at 1/2 the rate.Just not what was expected. Must be old listing pictures.Less than desired for the rate.」
