「房间破旧，不干净。 酒店中餐厅根本不配香格里拉酒店的大名，酒店里能吃饭的餐厅可以说没有。总而言之，不能以别的香格里拉酒店的形象来想象香格里拉的香格里拉酒店。 我的建议是，住过香格里拉酒店的最好不要入住香格里拉的香格里拉酒店，以免失望。 」
