Great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and within walking range to many attractions. Dining options are everywhere. Room has amazing views of the city. Some minor maintenance issues needed to be addressed in the room. Otherwise great stay.

Housekeeping is very good very proactive and when I am always putting down the curtain they open it one day to let me see the good view as I have thought my room has no good view initially. The restaurant staff are very busy but one early morning when I need to pack up to go the expatriate chef come out to ask me whether I need to pack coffee to go too and he uses Chinese. I was thinking as they are so busy I better not ask for coffee to go but the staff are very proactive

Nice, clean rooms. Tons of renovations right now so loud and noisy. Air conditioning was HORRIBLE. Switched to different rooms… could never get AC to go below 24C which was unbearably hot and uncomfortable.

Location is good, very close to everywhere. Our suite had strange smell, and we changed room on the last night which also had different strange smell. There is no personal butler service which I thought is a standard service for St Regis's suite guest. No personal introduction and telling us about the hotel and service etc where other St Regis has.
