"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and all of the public areas were very clean and well maintained. I will say the room layout was a bit awkward. Having the hangers for clothes right above the refrigerator allowed for the clothes to constantly get in the way of closing the refrigerator, and overall it didn’t seem like the space was used efficiently. The hotel was a great location and easily accessible. I would probably not use the valet parking next time, as there is a public lot adjacent to the hotel, and a public garage approximately 100 steps away, both of which are available for half of what the valet charge is. "

I spent extra money to have the little patio so we could vape (I had my medical card for medical reasons) and when arriving were told we would be charged a fee of $350 for smoking and vaping EVEN outside. Besides that, the room was absolutely perfect. So much room, such a beautiful bathroom, very clean. "

I messaged the hotel and received a message that the charge would be refunded as the hotel did make an error. I tried to confirm this when checking out and a different staff member argued with me AGAIN, stating I hadn't paid twice. I still haven't received my refund a week later. Very disappointed in a place that claims to cater to executives and professionals. "
