"This property has the best location, it was clean, quiet but very very central. Ideal for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Great AC which is so necessary in the city. The upper stairs to the twin room was an ‘experience’ and even more so the upper level bathroom! Myself and my mum were sharing this room but my fit 72 yo mum managed fine. A guidebook for the property would be appreciated but we managed to work most things out. Check in via key box but Maria was on hand for any questions....

"The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well."

"This property location was perfect. Very central and easy to get to all the sightseeing spots from here. Laureen, our host, was very helpful. Messaged us a couple of weeks before our stay and offered great recommendations. She was also there to greet us when we got to the house and showed us around the property."

"The apartment met basic requirements but most beds were uncomfortable and 2 bedrooms were cramped for space. Bathrooms were a good size. The roof terrace lacked sufficient seating for 6 people, the glass table was very dirty, the parasol was torn and the flooring was littered with dead leaves. We anticipated spending many hours socialising on the roof so were disappointed. Although we had no language in common, we communicated easily when necessary via Google Translate and What’s App, and Carlos and Jose were always helpful. "This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday."

"The suite we had was not the quietest, but no one goes to even a small city to have silence. Sevilla is a lively place, and this suite gave us a great window to watch its busy life roll on. It was a great set up in a great location - much more than we expected for the price. The suite allowed the illusion you lived in the city, even for a short stay. Who could ask for more?"

"It would have been nice to get the check in information earlier as we walked to the actual hotel location to then realize we had to walk back 1.5 km to the reception desk at a different location. Once that was sorted out, all was very lovely. Quiet yet centrally located in the heart of the old city. Very walkable!"
