Worst Place Ever!!

The property is nasty. Garbage all over the outside. Not to mention garbage left inside from previous tenants. Also, dirty linens from last guests were left in the corner. TV didn't work. Nobody would respond back to texts sent for assistance. Finally found out 4 days later the DISH bill had not been paid. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on a vacation. Pictures are very misleading. There are no blankets on the beds. Only sheets. The garage door is broken. Raised about 3 feet with mattresses stuffed behind it. The door from the outside to the basement is closed with a STRING. No door knob. I could go on and on. It was ridiculous!

Mountain stay

The pictures do not give an accurate description of the property. There is trash all outside. The house is run down and needs updating. The furniture is terrible. It does not appear like it has a cleaning in a long time. The location is not terrible, but houses are close by. I would not recommend this house.

Run Down

Great location but the cabin is run down. Furniture is ripped and stained, rug was stained, some lights did not work, ceiling fan did not work and only a few burners on the stove worked. The king bed was put together with a queen frame, two twin box springs and a king mattress. Lots of things needed fixing on the outside as well. Hot tub turned our clothes different colors. Game room was locked with a different code and no ball for the fooseball table. No pieces to several board games.

Not worth the stay - OVERPRICED

Well, where do I start. Pictures are not like the website! There is the same furniture but not like the pictures. Cleanliness was one star at best. Old floors, nasty area rugs which covered up the floors, or tried too. the furniture looked like it was purchased at a second or third hand store. Different types of furniture, dining tables and chairs were different, rips in the living room furniture along with the numerous stains on the furniture (who knows what the stains were), missing blind and the blinds that was there was really dusty. Picture show quilts on the beds but there is only sheets, no blankets for the beds. We had to ask for them. Laundry room was where they stored the extra accessories for the home. Christmas decorations along the home inside and outside. Location had a game room (closed in garage) with a foosball table but you play because some of the handle were broken and left on the table. Exterior was very dated and unclean. really wanted to get into the spa but didn't because of what I had already seen and ended up not getting into period. Old door thrown on the ground in the corner of the shelter where the spa was. Broken gate that led to the next piece of property next door. They charge you a cleaning fee but YOU have to start a load of bath towels in the washer and if there is any dishes that are dirty you have to start that for them as well. So, after doing all of that I just went ahead and took out the trash to make it a trifecta. We took pictures of all of this but there is nowhere to put them on here for proof. Everything was just outdated and needed to be refreshed. When I go on vacation and pay a lot of money to go somewhere I want it to be an improvement than my house that I left to go on vacation. Will NOT use this location again when we go and stay at Pigeon Forge.

Do not stay here!

The cabin was very out dated and needed numerous up dates. Ceiling fans didn’t work, AC sounded like a loud car running and the upstairs shower leaks through to the first floor bathroom.

Run Down Cabin!

Furniture, kitchen, bathrooms are way past their prime! Furniture and beds are extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this cabin unless it goes through extensive refurbishment. All furniture chewed on by dogs. Smells like dog urine,

No comfort, NO cleanliness of home

The cabin has potential for an investor although has been quite noticeably neglected! The furniture throughout the cabin is deplorable; the cabin is RUN DOWN and needs much repair. The kitchen stove is "worn out" looking and burners are crooked, and 1 does not work. The kitchen table is worn and very few kitchen cooking items in the cabin. Dirty mop in corner The bedrooms were dirty, windows can not open. "Game room" deplorable, dirty, ceiling has holes. Beds are worn, ugly, deplorable. Bathroom in poor repair and dirty. NOT A GOOD/COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.

Dead Rodent Cabin

I rented this cabin for a Mother’s day trip with my Mom. She’s battling pancreatic cancer. My Dad passed away in December and was buried in Pigeon Forge. Our trip was to check in with the funeral home about his head stone as well as a little R&R for my Mom before continuing chemo the following week. The cabin was not clean. There was a dead RAT under the kitchen sink and rat crap in all the kitchen drawers and bottom stove drawer. There’s was trash left out by the hot tub and a broken storm door left on the ground also. I took pictures and tried to call for one whole day of our trip before finally being moved to another cabin. Either the owners are not aware that the cabin is in such horrible shape or the management company isn’t doing its job. My brother works for the management company’s competition and their company pays someone to go behind the cleaning staff to double check for cleanliness. It would be a good idea for this cabin’s owners/management property to do that. I’ve rented cabins in the Smokies for over 20 years. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue and it was a biggie!!! I will say, we were finally moved to another cabin after wasting the whole first day of our trip trying to get someone on the phone to help us. The second cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable, with no sign of dead rodents or poop. My Mom was comfortable at the second cabin and enjoyed the stay, so that’s what I wanted.

Remote cabin

The road this cabin sits on is less a road and more of a narrow driveway. I would recommend coming back to your cabin before dark. It could be hard at night.

Treasure in the woods

This cabin is tucked in the woods, high in the mountain with beautiful views off the deck. It is quiet, you feel isolated, but other properties are near. The bonus game room is a attached to the house but outside entrance. Keeping the noise in the game room : ).

The house was dirty..cabinets were so sticky some were hard to open.. dead mouse under sink.. he'd been there for a while very decomposed.. mouse feces under kitchen sink.. down cable line for the entire stay... beds are worn.. old tvs and limited channels

False advertising

The property is run down, in bad need of updates. The commode downstairs would not flush, fireplace would not start, lights in several rooms out, oven would not work, furniture seen better days. I called customer service several times, one told me she would call me back but never did!! I was told we’re sorry that’s about it, we have your money for rental so basically we don’t care. I usually don’t give bad reviews or say anything but this was rip off.

Cute cabin

This cabin was in a great location, close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge / Sevierville. It had everything that we needed but, due to COVID, you might want to bring extra blankets. The hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

ATTENTION!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! FALSE PICTURES OF PROPERTY!!

This place is a disaster! Staff was not accommodating to our request of discounted rate… as soon as we arrived, the smell was musky & overbearing, the screen door was off hinges laying next to hot tub, gutters were hanging from roof, wood was chipping on all exterior, there was feces in bathroom light switches, blood & soiled sheets/pillowcases. The kitchen rug is soiled with pet urine/feces. 1/2 inch dust on baseboards, fake plants, dead bugs along baseboards in every room, washer was extremely dirty, coffee tables are chewed by animals, scratches all over walls & floors. Mildew/Mold/Dirt on shower curtain liner, coffee pot broken, horrible smell coming from kitchen drain, game room is extremely run down, broken foosball handles, couches were extremely soiled & stained ( thankful there was extra sheets to put on furniture so we could sit comfortable) beds are horrible, squeak & wobble, hard & uncomfortable!! The pictures listed for this property are NOT True!!! Property is more outdated & gross!!! Upon my complaint, they brought me a new coffee pot & said that was my compensation, the housekeeper who showed up with maker offered to come in but we were not comfortable having her with our belongings and fur baby… and trust me, nothing she could have done would of made a difference on the filth, this cabin needs a fumigation & sterilization!!! The stairs have sharp pieces on them which cut my heel pretty bad( was not bad enough for stitches, but enough to soil my shoes with blood)…I can not add pictures on here so please message me if you would like them , I have 44 pictures that show the true cabin!! Do not waste your money!!! I would not have left such a review if the company would have made a better effort in helping us, we do not want this experience to happen to anyone else, this ruined our weekend getaway & the cost was heartbreaking!!!!

Reservation/check in process was without issue. Exterior of property is unkempt/neglected. Parking is adequate. Hot tub located under the carport has no view. Not much of a view from the deck. Garage converted to game room is wasted space. Entrance door still needs repair. Inside was clean (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds). There was a live trapped mouse beside the stove. Oven door handle, mentioned in other reviews, still not repaired. Furniture and decor worn/outdated. Could be a nice property with updates and upkeep. Overpriced compared to similar properties considering the location and furnishings.

Um, no!

We will definitely never come back here. The pictures do no match what you get. There weren't even batteries in the remotes. The couches were so gross we couldn't even sit on them. The rugs are all stained. The beds are too big for the frames and falling apart. The plug-in covers were mostly broken. There were some holes in the walls. The tv didn't work in the "gameroom." The front door is only hanging on by 1 hinge. We were really looking forward to our first vacation in 4 years and it was pretty much a let down. We made the best of it because we traveled so far for this and spent double our budget for what we thought would be a nice family vacation.
