The staff was very helpful. Rebecca at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We had a small inconvenience with the heater, and Rebecca took care of it immediately, making sure everything was resolved quickly. Breakfast had good options, and the staff in the breakfast room were very kind and friendly, ensuring the food was promptly replenished. The management’s care and attentiveness are clearly reflected in the staff.

I must say, I was totally pleased. The room was modern especially the bathroom. The TV had tons of channels. AMAZING restaurant. Great complimentary coffee in the lobby. Bed very comfortable as well as the pillows and my favorite thing was how WONDERFUL the whole place smells.

Staff is soooo very friendly. From check in at front desk, to housekeeping, the breakfast staff and checking out at front desk!! Every single staff member was so kind, polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my frequent trips to Pittsburgh, and then again on my way back home!
