"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"I stayed in a studio executive room which was clean, has a kitchenette with a washing machine which was great as I stayed 2 weeks here. The staff were friendly and efficient so many thanks to Mohammed and Amy and Subia. I visit regularly to Natural History museum, Victoria Museum and Harrods (closes at 9pm on weekdays). And Gloucester Tube station is only 3 mins walk away. One star rating fell because breakfast is limited choice of hot food. Otherwise it is a good base to explore central London. "

"The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise. Id like to add the floors in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. But overall I extremely enjoyed my stay at The Drey. I would 100% recommend to stay at the drey!"
