"A real gem! Hotel was impeccably maintained and staffed professionally. Location is outstanding, just far enough from the busyness and hubbub to be quiet but not too far to feel isolated. Easy walk to Gloucester Road tube stop. Staff was super helpful and professional, always opening the front door for us and greeting us with a smile. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, air conditioning worked very well, blackout curtains that properly overlap, modern lighting system was really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our five nights here!"

"Very good, Hotel has great facilities and is very close to shops, transport and the park. Most staff are nice, the rooms were well maintained and clean. The concierge was very nice helpful and friendly. The reception staff were a bit cold and lacked a genuine welcome. The bar had very little atmosphere but was very well stocked with friendly staff. It however had no resemblance of an Irish bar in any way. The hotel met all our needs as a family and had a very helpful addition of a fridge which was helpful in the very hot weather of summer."

"The space was good for 3 adults. Disappointed with the poor air conditioning. The thermostat showed 18 degrees but it felt more like 23-24. Also, the ice machine wasn't working. the location is very close to Gloucester Road Station which was great. The room didn't have any lotion or hair conditioner but they were also to provide little bottles on request. Our room was close to the elevators which was very noisy -- the elevators say "doors closing - stay clear of the doors - doors are closing" every time --- we could hear every word - which woke us up."

"The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to South Kensington station. While the room worked for our stay, it is worth noting that the room did not look like the pictures Expedia has posted on its booking site."

"Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here."
