"Internet was ok didn't use the hotel pool what staff we saw were ok."

"Lack of kitchen facilities on 23rd March was disappointing but managed by customer facing staff reasonably well. The hotel facilities are looking tired (eg fireplace in lounge covered in dust and fluff). Opportunities missed to champion Yorkshire produce (food, drink, souvenirs, Newspapers etc) at what could be Yorkshire Coasts premier hotel. Our first return visit since Covid and somewhat disappointed. Would be happy to speak with Management if they are interested in Customer feedback."

"Not very helpful on front desk. Was 10 minutes early and wanted £10 before they would give us our home. I stood and waited with a dog a 5 year child for 10 minutes,,, shocking service "

"The breakfast was all fresh cooked to order. Its home from home. Peter and Stuart where great hosts. The room was lovely and clean. Its situated in a nice area and a 5 minute drive to the town. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Peter and Stuart."

"I stayed with my dog and found the accommodation really good. Although my room could of done with a slight upate it was clean and spacious. I had a beautiful veiw of the coastline. The staff helpful and location was perfect. I will return next year to repeat my stay. "
