"Very tired looking room. Could do with fresh paint to cover the stuff marks and some new net curtains as these were ripped and hanging down. Room could have done with a good clean but the bedding, towels, toilet, shower & sink were clean. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Lots of noise from the main road. Would expect more for £80 per night. Wouldn't stay again unless there was some improvements made. "

"Couple of night stay away with work, always my go to place to stay in cambridge, food and drink is always great, staff are amazing and I'd had an issue with the kettle not working this time, so as I left for my work day I'd left a note by the kettle saying it didnt work, when I returned there was a working kettle. Lovely snd quiet place to stay, very convenient for train station, literally across the road, but i drive and park in the car park around the back."

"The hotel parking is dubious (at least it will be until my parking charge gets sorted). What made the parking charge worse is that we left the hotel for food and so were charged - fined - twice for parking...That's £200 until it gets resolved. I wouldn't mind so much, but we registered and parked as directed by the staff - I'm assuming its some registration glitch. Tell you what...when it gets sorted i'll change my review - but until then i'd either avoid this place or be absolutely crystal clear about being registered for parking!"

"Positives: The house looks like the photos in the description. Comfortable & clean bedding & towels. Hot showers, and a television and thermostat which work. Parking is right in front of the property. Negatives: Poor communication with owners. Requests and needs are ignored. Rushed out of house 1 hour before checkout. Things are missing/broken in the house. Pots & pans are scratched and rusted. There are no baking/measuring tools. There are no dish towels. (We had to dry the dishes/countertops with bath towels.) There is an overwhelming smell of mold under the stairs. The plumbing has a strong odor downstairs. (Tiles have been left open, to ventilate these areas.) Broken hair dryer. (Burning smell) "
