「Very clean room」

「The hotel was undergoing exterior construction work and the windows were covered in protective plastic, so it was not pleasant even though we were only there for a day.」

「Checkin was performed professionally and quickly by Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure even though I didn't eat a lot (mostly wanted coffee). Very clean hotel and room accommodations - water pressure was a little low but not a major issue. Probably need to de-calcify the shower head in Rm 312 to provide more efficient spray pattern. Otherwise a very pleasant and uneventful stay. 」

「Everything was great when I got there Habi greeted me with a big smile and he was very attentive throughout the whole time. As soon as I got there I accidentally locked myself out of the room after spilling my drink all over myself so I was hanging out in the hallway soaking wet and I had to walk down to the lobby to get some help and he was more than accommodating to get me back into my room as soon as possible. 「I liked that breakfast was included, especially the waffle making machine. They also had complimentary coffee all day and snacks/soft drinks for sale, which was super convenient. The room was big and clean, it had a microwave, mini fridge (although it didn’t keep things that cold, but it worked), and coffee machine. The staff was really nice and the parking was super convenient. The only thing is that the elevator was broken some of the days we were there so we had to use the stairs, which isn’t...

「A mayor inconvenience is not to be able to take a hot shower in the morning...notbeven at 10am. It happened to me on both days in which Instayed there. There was not even a mention of a credit fir next time or a rebate for that inconvenience. 」

「This was a great place to stay. Very clean and had toiletry items that we needed along with hair dryer and iron. Right off of 95 which we really liked. Would definitely stay there again. 」
