「As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The Pool was nice and had a lovely view...

Perfectly situated high above the bustling coastal town of Levanto and the edge of the Cinque Terre, it's a great base to explore and sample the charms of the region. The food was excellent and our hosts most gracious.」

「部屋は素晴らしい。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしい。スタッフの対応は良くない。朝朝食会場に行ってもスタッフの挨拶はない、卵を焼く為の設備があるのに食べるか聞かない、フロントスタッフのシャツはズボンの後ろからだらしなく出てる、細かい説明もなく紙を渡されて、詳細はこれを読んでくれと。。。プールはとても地持ちよい。プールサイドから海が見えなくて少し残念。タオルも言えば貸してくれたが、ほとんどの人は自前のタオルだった。飲み物サービスも来ない。部屋にポットもコーヒーもない。コップも紙コップ。100€のホテルだったら気にならないが、それなりにお金を出してリラックスしに行ったのに、とても残念だった。」
