Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included.

Nice property with very friendly staff. Street noise was as expected in a city but not disruptive. Close to shopping and dining. Didn't see the steak house close by til after dinner but it looked good. Maybe next time.

Great stay in La Spezia!

Very friendly staff, responsive to our requests. Great location to tour the area. Breakfast was nice but very basic. We had a great spacious room. But higher floors can be problematic with heavy luggage.

The accomodation is fairly basic and the reception was not open at the times stated.The location is excellent and the room was clean.However the process for checking out with no reception was confusing.

Very close to the train station which was great. Across the road from where breakfast is served and across the street from the pedestrian walk way with all the restaurants. No parking, unless you park at the station of a 10min walk away. A/C worked well, as it was very hot outside.

Convenient to train station yet quiet

Clean hotel very close to train station, yet quiet. Staff very helpful. We got a room with two twin beds. One person thought beds were great, the other thought a bit too soft. Can't please everyone. I would start again.

My expectations were not high, this being a two star property, and the room and proximity to the train station were good. However, the absence of a lift is a real problem. If I had realised we seniors would have to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, I would have booked elsewhere.
