"Check in ridiculamente tarde às 15h e checkout 12h, totalmente sem nexo. E pra piorar, pasmem vocês: quase 50 minutos pra conseguir fazer check in. O hotel só tem dois recepcionistas e que por sinal são lentos e sempre estão de cara feia, como se os hóspedes tivessem culpa de algum desconforto deles. Deveriam investir melhor no seu pessoal, aumentar os recepcionistas e rever esses horários de entrada e saída, chega a ser desonesto com o cliente, a ideia de diária não se aplica. Eu fui muito fã...

"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R.
