"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! "

"Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for a winter retreat. "

"Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools"

"Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well."

"The room is more than 900 sq ft. and the balcony is so great and comfortable to see the attractive seaview. Gym, swimming pools and spa pools are great for strengthening and relaxation. Wonderful breakfast in western restaurant and delicious food in Chinese restaurant fit our needs very much. Generally speaking, hotel staff are helpful but the daily room cleaner is lazy and lacking in responsibility that she never cleans the cups and refill the utilities.
