"The Customer service was stellar. We had left items at a previous hotel, and the JALCity Kannai Yokohama staff helped us to communicate with that hotel, and in the end, we got our items back. The Location is convenient for exploring Yokohama Chinatown."

"The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Elevator had a good security system with monotor in front of the lobby. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Food choice was limited around the hotel. But there was a big super market, onsen style spa, drugstore, cosy cafe, and close enough for the outlet mall."
