"Loved the location of the hotel. Very close to the subway and a shopping mall. There's a grocery store at the bottom of the hotel which we frequented quite often. The rooms are on the small size, but it seems that's fairly common with Japanese hotels. The laundromat is only 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is a 7-11 near the hotel where you can buy prepared food and lots of snacks."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Check in and check out were done at one of their many kiosks. So no waiting in line ( at least when I checked in and out). Room was small but functional and will accommodate solo travellers well. But no more than two to a room. There's no fridge so plan accordingly when buying food/water or other perishable items. It's quiet and I specifically loved the window covers that block out 98% of the light. So getting a good night's rest wasn't a problem for me. Only thing for me was i dont read or speak Japanese. So turning on certain appliances inside the room was a challenged. But it motivated to learn the language."

"We were very impressed with this hotel. It was in a convenient location for us. We booked the premium room which included breakfast and lounge access. The room was good size and very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very polite and professional. The only issue was our room faced the train tracks and I believe there was 9 different lines. But the view was great. We would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again."

"This was our second time staying here. Both times we had perfect stays. The breakfast buffet has so many options and was all delicious. The hotel is gorgeous, when we arrived for the first time I was blown away. The staff are very professional mannered, helpful and kind. The beds are so comfortable, I wish we could stay here longer. This will probably always be our hotel of choice when returning to visit TDL!"
