"Located near departures within Haneda airport terminal 3 it was an ideal one night stay between flights. There are numerours eat in and takeaway food places up an escalator within 20m of the hotel entry. Hotel also has a restaurant"

"The property was very clean. Staff were not approachable and going to reception for simple things was made more difficult by having to first speak to someone else who then relayed to the receptionist your request."

"Our room A/C wasn’t working very well and pretty warm. Wish at the Lobby they have free water and coffee machines for the guests. Like the other hotel we had stayed. Staffs are helpful and friendly"

"Rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also convenient to mono rail service (YURIKAMOME Line) to SHIMBASHI Station for subway trains all over Tokyo, and bus services to and from Haneda Airport and Shinagawa station for Bullet Train. Excellent hotel and I will stay there again."
