The property is forgotten in all aspens. Needs to be updated and upgraded. I visited a 5 star hotel that charges less than la hamaca . But I give it to the staff . They are the one keeping this place open. Very friendly. Food it was ok.

The hotel seems to have had quite a golden era in the past. It has a privileged location nearby the airport (15 min) & has a beautiful private beach! The room areas & elevators are very old. My room had lots of humidity with the AC panel bursting water & found termites on the room’s desk. The rooms are huge & have a great decor but they lack maintenance. The overall experience was nice because the pool & beach area were awesome

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The room smelled very musty and moldy, and after we showered, there was water all over the floor. There is no Wi-Fi in the room just in the lobby and the pool area. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast food was nice. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical about booking it since it had low ratings and reviews, but I loved my stay there. I had booked a standard room and they gave me a free upgrade to a presidential suite. Loved the beach area and pool facilities. It is great for the price! There was some like construction noise at some point, but not for long and I did not mind. If you are a tourist I would not walk at night outside the hotel at Duarte street. Besides that, I would stay there again. I really liked it.

This property needs a major update, it was a rust everywhere in the shower, one day there was no hot water at all ,the furniture is old and warned out, the food by the breakfast area is not fresh and not good, it’s a poor management of the property…. The only good thing I can mention is that water is nice to swim by the hotel, it’s calm and clean. Overall I would not go back … sorry !

In previous stay everything. On this time I had booked it as all inclusive by Oct 5. In Nov 1 it was no longer all inclusive, food, drinks and snacks very expensive. Nothing to do during the day because there was no entertainment group as in the past. No food available late at night

I hate everything about that property, they charged me unexpected fees, the front desk was rude af, there moles in the tub, no wifi in so call presidential suite and my shower hose broke they never fixed. Expedia shouldn’t be working with this terrible hotel, the bed sheets were dirty. It was a horrible stay

This hotel needs to hire a new cleaning crew. The room furniture is extremely outdated. The sink needs to be upgraded and also the Ac is is above the ceiling in the closet that leaks water it always wet the the closet floor and if you hang your clothes in the closet they are somewhat wet.
