"Overall a very charming loft in center of Firenze, in a very charming neighborhood close to pubs and restaurants. We loved the loft we just thought it could benefit from a bit of maintenance. Apart from that the access to the flat and the logistics were on point. Big thanks to Madeleine for her professionalism and friendliness. "

"This is a large apartment with good amenities, including a combination washer and dryer. The apartment has four levels and there are a fair amount of stairs to get to the apartment. If this is not an issue for you, then I would highly recommend this place."

"I went over with the family to meet my daughter after her overseas study program. I was hesitant to book due to it not having any reviews but that was only because it was a new listing. The apartment was great, clean, modern but with exposed beams and brick walls. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus a loft. The host was engaging and professional. The location was perfect. I expect it to become very popular as more people book and the reviews start rolling in."

Great place in Florence

"This hotel was a great place to stay in Florence. We had a family of four with two older teens aged 16 and 17. They gave us a room with 4 twin beds which was helpful so we didn’t have to share beds with the kids. The hotel was convenient to seeing the sites. It is on the city train route so you hear the train arrive but I wouldn’t say that takes away from the place at all. The bathroom was one of the best we had in Italy. It had a good shower, a jet tub, two separate sink areas, and the kids loved the cool blue LED lights in the bathroom. This facility is attached to a gym that you can get 24 hour access to for a fee. Kids under 18 have to have an adult with them to use the gym. The pool is very small just for sitting in. It was nice to cool off in and there is bar service at the pool during the middle of the day. The morning breakfast is available for a fee and offers lots of great choices. If you are tired the same eating area offers a restaurant which was good. The restaurant has a nice shaded deck. There is a single coin operated washer and dryer on one floor if needed. "

"Our stay at Ruby Bea was phenomenal. Staff were super friendly, approachable and helpful. We loved everything about the hotel and its location. A short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city highlights, so environment was quiet. Entire visit was great and would definitely stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel again! "
