「お部屋が広めでくつろげました。水回りはリノベ済みできれいです。駅近なのでフィレンツェから別の街に出かけるのに便利、ミニスーパーも目の前にあります。エレベーターが無いので設備評価：4としましたが、フィレンツェではごく一般的。スタッフはとても親切。次回も滞在したいです。」

「家族経営なので良くも悪くもざっくばらん。寝室にWi-Fiが届かなかったのが残念。冷蔵庫も大きく家族で使うにはコスパも良くとても満足。」

「広くて清潔、すべてが完璧でした。スリッパがあればなお良かった。また来ます。」

「駅、ポンテヴェッキオ、ドゥオーモ等近く、観光にとても便利な場所でした。小さなスーパーもところどころにあり、大きなスーパーでも歩いて18分くらいです(なんでも揃う大きなスーパーです) キッチンも使いやすく食器も綺麗で快適でした。 4日宿泊しましたが1日の夜だけ、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったですが(個人的に熱めが好きなので)その他は全て良かったです。 窓から見える景色も美しく素敵でした。」

「Staff was helpful didn't realize I needed to use whats app. Room was clean and pleasent nicely decorated. Shower was very very small. Location made everything walkable. 」

「I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.」

「Can park at front of your lodge. There are bus transportation to the city centre and the glossary shop in the site, both are during limited time though.」
