The rooms were beautiful and clean. The check in process was quick and smooth. The dining experience was first class, the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend, I wish we were able to stay longer.

Beautiful & peaceful hotel mit great food&service!

Beautiful and peaceful hotel with great service, great food and very kind management! We have been here the 2nd time and we plan to come back for a 3rd trip. Its super relaxing, clean, very nice architecture and a lot of places to visit around (even though Montemurlo isnt the most interesting place, but that doesnt matter).

Just wonderful!

Spent six nights at I Vivai Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and the pool area was very relaxing with a good vibe. The location was perfect—just a few minutes' drive to the village with everything you could need, and within easy driving distance of Florence, Siena, Pisa, and more.

A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend.

Oh how we love i vivai. We stayed here last year and we knew we just had to come back. The place looks amazing, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the food by the pool is the best and for us the most important thing. It is super clean! I have asthma and have a hard time finding places i can stay in. But this is excellent. We are at our second stop in italy now but we miss i vivai already! They could learn a thing or two from i vivai! Wish we never left!

The property was outstanding. The hotel staff were always very helpful and everything stayed very clean. The hotel good was remarkable. I will definitely be going back to I Vivai whenever I travel to Italy again.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we stayed in Suite 4 and it was amazing, so much outdoor private space and huge room with kitchen/living area too. Small downside is there was just a big empty space where it looked like a TV should go on the wall opposite the living area, would have been better to have a TV here than opposite the bed. Weather was bad when we went so unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely. Restaurant was fantastic, food was delicious - only small criticism was the limited choice for breakfast but it’s to be expected when it’s continental breakfast. Staff were all lovely and went out of their way to assist whenever we needed them.

Perfecte locatie voor noord Toscane 2e keer in dit hotel. Alles gewoonweg perfect gebouwd/verbouwd. Heerlijke sfeer, prachtig zwembad met goede bar, tevens een zeer goed restaurant. Enige dat voor verbetering vatbaar is zou wat mij betreft het ontbijt zijn, het is oké, maar kan gewoon nog een nivo hoger. Gewoonweg perfecte locatie. Zal er zeker nog vaker teruggaan.

Sehr schönes Hotel, kleine Abstriche gibt es für das Frühstück (Auswahl nicht groß, für z.B. Pancakes muss man extra bezahlen). Außerdem sind extrem viele Stechmücken, durch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung gelangen auch immer wieder welche ins Zimmer.

Dobra baza wypadowa do Florencji (dla zmotoryzowanych) Pobyt w hotelu oceniam jako bardzo udany. To solidne miejsce dla osób, które cenią spokój, wysoką jakość obsługi i dysponują własnym środkiem transportu. Pokój i czystość Mieszkałem w pokoju standardowym – był nieskazitelnie czysty i zadbany. Widać, że obiekt jest regularnie odświeżany i utrzymany na wysokim poziomie. Wyżywienie Śniadania: Jak na standardy włoskie, są poprawne i smaczne. Przy dłuższym pobycie menu może wydać się nieco powtarzalne, ale produkty są świeże. Restauracja: Hotelowa restauracja na miejscu serwuje bardzo dobre dania. To ogromny atut, gdy po całym dniu zwiedzania nie chce się już szukać jedzenia na mieście. Obsługa i atmosfera Personel zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – to niezwykle pomocni i mili ludzie, którzy dbają o komfort gości. Dodatkowo w hotelu panuje kojąca cisza, co gwarantuje świetny wypoczynek. Logistyka Warto pamiętać, że samochód jest tutaj niezbędny. Dojazd do centrum Florencji zajmuje około 45 minut. Dla osób planujących zwiedzanie miasta autem, polecam wcześniejsze sprawdzenie parkingów podziemnych blisko centrum, które oferują automatyczne rozliczenie wjazdu do stref ograniczonego ruchu (ZTL), co pozwala uniknąć stresu związanego z mandatami. Fint hotell med nydelig uteområde og basseng. Dessverre har servicen blant de ansatte gått ned fra vi besøkte i fjor. Også veldig mange som ikke bor på hotellet som tar mye plass ved bassengområdet og tar over bassenget uten å betale og har med seg medbrakt mat og drikke.
