「Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. 「Hair and trash were falling in the corner of the bathroom sink. The hair dryer had gray hair. New and clean, but disappointing in the bathroom.」

「no pets but we did not have any, beds were comfortable and new. Now pillows were thin and not comfortable. room was neat, clean, this property was old but extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was only Carbohydrates AKA doughnuts, cheap cornflakes and Cheerios , we went out for breakfast, no problem.」

「We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues.」
