The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located right by Lake Atitlán, with stunning views that never get old. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and easy access to the lake and town made our stay feel special and authentic. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, tranquility, and local charm. "What an absolutely amazing experience staying here! Everything from the prime location between Panajechel and Santa Catarina to the excellent service provided from Manu and the rest of the staff here was more than memorable. We enjoyed the most delicious fresh free breakfast at the restaurant and drinks from the cocktail bar every day. The massage at the spa was otherworldly!! And the best part is the two most amazing roommates Samson and Delilah, the friendliest cats that stay on the property! Other reviewers may mention outdated rooms or linen, however you don’t come here for the most modern accommodations in Guatemala. You come for it to feel like home. The attention to detail in each room and from the staff gives you everything you might need. We enjoyed massages from the amazing spa staff, were provided cheap, reliable TukTuks back and forth from whatever town we liked, and got the best priced transport back to the airport! They even had our laundry done! For any stay in Panajechel this will always be my go to. Good people, fair prices, and great vibes. Can’t ask for more! Thank you Jenna’s River B&B!"

"Amazing villa indoors and out. Beautiful Maya tapestries adorned furniture and walls. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen was wonderfully appointed. The large dining room table was perfect for our evening card games. Outdoor patio and upper terrace, with plenty of seating, allowed for viewing the volcanoes and lake and the marvelously landscaped yard and gardens. Some in our group swam every morning in the lake. It was a 5-minute walk from the private dock to the house and was also close to the public dock which was convenient when hiring a lancha (water taxi) to the other villages. When we continued walking beyond the back of the house, the steep trail led to the upper Maya village where we enjoyed lunch at Café Sabor Cruceno with gorgeous views of the lake and the locals’ houses on the mountain. The food, cooked by graduates of the CECAP culinary school, was phenomenal and beautifully presented. (For dessert, be sure to try the chocolate plantain mole). You can also hire a tuk-tuk at the public dock to take you up to the village if you don’t want to hike up the mountain. Owners were exceptionally helpful before our arrival and during our stay when we had questions. We heartfully recommend this wonderful place."
