It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. "Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen des Gartens gewählt, da wir zwei Hunde haben. Allerdings waren diese nicht sehr vom Vermieter, der im Haus mitwohnt, erwünscht. Obwohl für jeden Hund zusätzlich nochmals 10 €/Tag fällig wurden. Dies wurde uns aber erst kurz vor der Anreise mitgeteilt.
