It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! 「We loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 25 minute drive from Cortina city but the location is very lovely and quaint. The staff (servers especially) are wonderful and my husband said the pizza was the best he had in Italy (we ate pizza every day for 2 weeks). They offer gelato and there’s a cold spring water fountain across the road from the hotel, but if you’re anticipating wanting other snacks, best to pick up when you’re in a bigger town / before you head back to hotel.」
