"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"Kaji, front desk manager was amazing & so helpful -accommodations & meals were wonderful, buses were convenient , about 45 min each way to & from the ski areas"
