"Pool is nice rooms are awesome most of the check in people are brain dead it seems can’t count numbers on a credit card charged 3 times for same thing they refunded 3 days after check out kids could’ve had more fun"

"The toilet tried to fill for 30 minutes. The outlet was nearly useless because of the wall/mirror placement. There was not duvet cover. "

"The staff was amazing , extremely helpful and courteous, however the walls are very thin. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me from their cell phone ringing to their conversations and while they were not trying to be rude, they were having conversations at 1 AM and their cell phone was going off and buzzing at 5:30 AM. I believe that was probably their alarm clock so not a quiet environment and the water in the shower while the pressure was decent. It was not hot , both my daughter and I took showers at different times of the day in the two days we were there and never once did we have a hot shower. We had more of a lukewarm shower not sure what that was about and the beds were just OK. They weren’t overly comfortable, but it was clean and the staff was courteous, so that was helpful all in all I would not probably choose to go back there because of the noise and because of the beds and water. "

"The room was so nice and cozy! This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be staying again. The room was clean and they even had the good dove shampoo conditioner and soap! We love eating at the thirsty pony so being able to stay at this hotel just made our experience even better with only having a short walk down the hall to the restaurant. "
