「The location was amazing for walking to restaurants, was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This little town is so cute. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs tenant. The sounds from them walking, talking and coughing really carry down into the lower unit. They weren’t being overly loud, the sound just carried. This is the only thing that would give us pause staying again.」

「If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!」

「Great location, and the reserved street parking spot was really key. Good communication, and easy entry/exit using the keypads. Some areas for improvement: There's some noise leakage from upstairs in the mornings (news radio? loud TV?); the water in the shower never gets very hot; and the touchscreen thermostat only lists "upstairs" as an option, which made us wonder how we could adjust the temp downstairs (where the apartment is). But overall, it's a good 1BR apt in a very convenient and fun...

「I had lots of frustration and challenges for this short stay. The ameneties are all high-end and new. But, that's about all I can say positive. Negatives -No instructions for all of the high-end equipment. -Access code was not communicated well. -Patio had trash and no place to sit. -No desk or kitchen table to work or eat at. -No Wi-Fi. -Got stuck in shower - when bathroom door closed on the shower door. -Bed too low (for this 60 person). -Kitchen window blind - could not reach to...
