"First the good: location across from a park, hospital nearby and Costco just down the road for gas prices. AC worked great. Immediate hot water for the shower. Very quiet. The apartment had a small front yard that had a shade sail and was fenced for privacy. Great space for my little dog. I appreciated the bottled water cooler. And for the meh: first impression when arriving was trash bin was overflowing and trash all over the area made me think I made a mistake. The next morning the city picked up the trash and that was remedied. Coming in and out of the building all you could smell was neighbors smoking marijuana. It smells like skunk to me and is awful. This was a constant if you went outside. The queen bed was good and firm for me and my partner liked the twin for comfort. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Kitchen and bath need a major overhaul. Kitchen walls with light shining on them, you could see thick dust caked on them near the table and the fan blades. The bathroom had used soap bars left behind with hair in them. That's just gross. I could not find more than 1 plate or bowl to eat out of, even though I inquired specifically for utensils. So I went to the store and bought paper plates. Overall, it was just ok for the price."

"The hotel has aged, the rooms seem to be in a slow update. Little things like no drain plugs, scrapes on walls, mattress, door chipping, need to be updated. Internet in the farthest end of the hotel is weak or does not work. Breakfast is better than expected. Staff is very helpful and takes care of most issues they can."

"We stayed here and took our girls to the Air Museum. The lady up front was wonderful. Iwe needed to change rooms due the AC not working and the dead bolt wouldn't work. We were put in a different room asap. We will be back. Hoping to stay longer next time. "

"Very clean, well stocked home. It has everything you need! Great yard with doggy door for pets. Comfortable beds and many extra touches to make your stay extra special. We had a great time on our family vacation in Tucson. "

"We had difficulty getting new lights outside by the front of the house. The lights were replaced on our last night though we asked every day and the most important light, the one outside the gate near parking was never replaced leaving the entry before entering the gate to the house very dark. The house overall was fine but we think the pictures make the home seem more luxurious so the value was not what we expected. There were rugs that have loose floor tiles under them and the bathroom rugs do not look like they have been washed. The towels were just okay but no wash cloths for the liquid soaps.The beds and bed linen were all really nice and very comfortable.The pool was fine though it seems like the water feature didn’t work. The hot tub was nice though the lid looked very old and likely needs to be replaced recovered.We couldn’t find any information on appliances, things to see or do and places to eat which we have experienced at other homes we have stayed in. Apparently, there is a link you can follow but we didn’t find it until the second to last night and we couldn’t access it as it gave a warning the link wasn’t secure so we didn’t proceed.We expected a higher end stay given the price per night and unfortunately were disappointed."

"The property is a real gem, decorated in true southwest fashion. The property was clean, functional and located int the Catalina foothills a short distance from the Sabino trails. The owner very engaging to work with and helpful in making our stay very enjoyable. We would come back in a heartbeat !! "
