"I was assigned three rooms during my five night stay. The first was just plain filthy. The second was full of motel furniture auction pieces with cigarette burns and drawer linings that looked more like fly paper. The shower, which was gross appeared textured (it may have been at one time) but wasn’t. I slipped trying to get out of the tub and while laying on the tile floor it became clear why the bathroom door didn’t shut and the hinges appeared to be pulling away from the frame as that was the only thing I could use to pull myself up off the floor. While mopping up with the bathmat I soon collected a lot of hair far longer and darker than mine - and just gave up. Staff gave me a better but unfinished room where the bedroom had five lamps, three which didn’t work no matter what I tried. I don’t understand why they would offer anyone a room that they know to be substandard. This is the hospitality business after all. The property is obviously undergoing an upgrade. Carpets throughout were stained and filthy. But why not put your guests in a renovated room or the best you had? After my fall, the desk staff offered that maybe I would like a room with a bathmat. And a new rubber one was provided. That bathroom was better but the same tub, which would not hold water, so no bath just shower available. Based on the condition of the various rooms I never wanted their breakfast or use of the pool and hot tub, although it sounded appealing for my aches and pains. Absolutely the worst!"

"The house was very clean, with a comfortable queen size bed and good pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including coffee for the coffee maker. The wifi worked well. The house is located back off the street, it was very quiet and felt safe. The host frequently contacted me to see if we had any needs."

"The host communicated with me on arrival day to let me know that he would be "off the grid" for a few hours during check in. The information posted in the home was clear and concise - we had no problems with anything during our stay. The property is so beautiful, and attention to detail is evident inside and out. The bonus for those who need to combine work and vacation is the office space. We enjoyed the backyard space with plenty of seating and the mountain views while enjoying our morning coffee. We will definitely return to this property!"

"Good location to lots of stores and activities. Comfortable house."

"The house was very nice. Love the decor and the outside areas were really nice for our morning tai chi and evening wine. We traveled with 2 electric cars so it was nice being able to charge our cars. Pool was too cold to use but the pool area was nice. We did febreeze soft surfaces in the living room it was obvious that pets had been there."

"Place is small but has everything you would need. Yard is great for pets. Views of the Catalina and Rincon mountains are wonderful. Host was good to work with. I would stay again."
