"I highly recommend staying here. Maiori is the perfect place if you wanna explore Amalfi coast or Capri. The location is perfect. Close the to bus stop and ferry station. Good restaurants and supermarkets around. The apartment had no fault, everything was so perfect, we were in awe. The staff was really welcoming and polite. We were very happy with everything, and lucky to come across with this accommodation. Cannot recommend it enough. "

"Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. We booked a room that was for 4 people but only planned on 3 of us initially. My other son decided to join us and they charged us another 50% of the room cost! "We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"This was our third stay, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were welcomed so warmly—it truly felt special from the moment we arrived. The team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless. Our suite was incredible, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. This place and the people here hold such a special place in our hearts—we can’t wait to return."

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."
