"The staff behind the reception go the extra mile for their guests, very helpful and professional in all their manner. Stefano has kindly booked our Vatican tickets. A breakfast pack was also made ready for us when we travelled early in the morning for our tour. We loved the interior of the hotel, so chic and elegant.
