The hotel has larger rooms and is clean. The front desk staff are professional but not particularly warm or welcoming. As a result, you may feel somewhat reluctant to ask for additional assistance or requests. They don't provide any drinking water for your stay. I will not stay here again next time.

Staying at La Residenza was a terrific experience. The room was very comfortable and clean and large. The staff, starting with the front desk Concierge were very friendly and always glad to help. The daily breakfast consisted of many choices all of which were delicious. And a shoutout to Elizabeta who always had a smile. The hotel is centrally located and we will definitely return on our next trip To Rome.
