「Our stay was amazing. The area was close to many buses and trains. The town it was in was also nice and safe. Gloria was amazing. Very kind, responsive and accomadating. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Rome. :)」

「Room Staff and Breakfast were great. Asked for ground floor room and 1 couple in the group had mobility issues and were placed at the highest level in the hotel with very tiny elevator that wife was not comfortable using. Asked to be given another room but could not be accommodated. Restaurant not open on the day we were there. Breatfast over at 9:30am which is too early when you are on vacation and previous day was a very long travel day so needed a more relaxing morning.」

「The Lighthouse Suites Trastevere were the perfect home base for our evening in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was in a gorgeous courtyard that was perfectly located to access the whole city via both bus and car. The room was amazing.」

「Overall the room and its location were great. I would have given 5 stars; however, I had some issues with my checkin process, and did notice some ants crawling on my bed and around room. With regard to checkin, I received instructions on how to get into the property, only after I messaged the host that I arrived, and waited for about 15-20 minutes. I rang the front gate bell for several minutes and no one was present to let me in, despite what the Expedia checkin info stated. The check-in...

「Great host that not only send us a sweep of recommendations of places to go but also was always very attentive to any questions we had. Room is clean and I personally loved the design and high ceiling 👍 with an area filled with good cafes and restaurants and only a 20m ride from the colosseum, overall great spot.」

「The location is pretty good. Near the Trastevere train station, which is helpful. There was construction happening on the street so it was noisy in the morning and I felt the ground shake from the construction. Luckily I didn't need to sleep in so I was awake when it started. The bathroom light for my room does not work and there is only one outlet in the whole room that has a converter for general technology. There are two lamps, but there is not an outlet for the second lamp. It sits there...

「Host does not communicate through Expedia messages , checking in was challenging. Make sure to contact them via WhatsApp. Room was very dusty, outdated , really didn’t quite match the description. Close to Trastevere restaurants.」
