客室のベッドランプ、ベッド近くの電源タップ、テレビは動作しなかった。また、冷凍庫は霜だらけで物が入れられる状態ではなかった。 共用バスルームのトイレシートは補充されていなかった。 チェックアウトしようとしたが、オフィスに誰もおらず、インターネットでホテルの電話番号を検索して電話をする必要があった。

The fact that this place can even be advertised on Expedia is insane and the pictures are nowhere near what you get; my bedsheets had burn holes and weird stains on, pillows were brown, the shared bathroom was grim and it smelled musty. Also had exposed wires under a unit and the fire alarm was ripped out and the hole was stuffed with a plastic bag. Not to mention the unsafe location. I would say the location is convenient to see the city but i'd rather pay more than try and survive here again. I lasted one night and that was too much i had to check out early.

I would give it a ZERO if I could. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe and unclean environment. This is a cross between a motel, a halfway house, and a jail. There's graffiti everywhere, smoke alarms ripped out of the walls, disgusting communal showers, no air conditioning in the rooms, filthy bedding with bed bugs and numerous cigarette burns in the sheets. I would rather sleep in my car than EVER return here.

The hotel was a complete dump ! The bedding was disgusting. Holes and burns and no towels to guest. And what hotel only takes cash. ! I will never ever stay there again. Horrible and shady area. Beware

Upon arriving in the room, we immediately noticed the stains and the tears in the carpet the graffiti on the walls, the broken sink, the torn bedding, the missing smoke detectors, mold on the floor, and what can only be described as possible drugs duct taped to the wall. When we immediately attempted to leave, the office was closed. We left and never stayed in the room. The area of town is very scetch. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The furniture was broken, smells very bad, the conforter had holes, maybe done by smokers. I booked because of the nice photos on the Expedia listing but the reality is totally different. They offered breakfast included, and there was no breakfast. I booked a room with private restroom, but ended in a room with no restroom. It had a sink totally stained. The fridge was broken. I would say, they make false advertising. Stay away from this hotel. When I claimed, the very rude person in charge told me to contact Expedia because he just gives the keys. The worst experience so far. Expedia shouldn’t work with this type of hotels. I should receive a full refund.

Cant complain for what you pay for. Nice room with a tv but is didn't work. A fridge microwave and sink. No ac it was uncomfortabley hot 24/7 in the room even with our fan we brought running non stop. The bedding was covered in burn holes and there were stuff splattered all over the walls. But other than no ac i cant complain it was way nicer than our last place.

Hotel room was very very dirty. Completely misguided by the photos given in hotel.com Area is extremely unsafe roads full of homeless people. I saw people breaking the car glass parked on the street. Will never go there. Worst experience ever in my life regarding hotels. My suggestion is not to pay before visiting physically

Waited in the lobby for two hours before I could get into my room. Room smelled like human waste and the bedsheet was covered in cigarette burns.

The room was disgusting as was just about everything, told someone the toilet wasn’t working but they didn’t have maintenance available for 2 days, towel had holes in it and bedding had cigaret burns in several Places. Tv working was the only positive I can possibly give! Check the area out on Google before booking as it’s the most dangerous place in San Francisco!
