"If you're visiting from far away like the United States or on a special trip, I'd recommend staying at the Blue Apple Beach Club instead. You don't want to cheap on the little stuff on a vacation. The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. Also the bathroom has black mold around the sink, and the shower water temperature doesn't get warm or hot. Those basic comforts make a big difference on a vacation, so I...

"The good- the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is top notch, with amazing views and plenty of comfortable beach loungers. We snorkeled at the beach and there was coral and fish very close by. We had fun during the day at the beach lounging, walking, swimming, and reading. The bad- upon arrival, they told us we needed to pay “the other half” of what we owed. We had already paid in full on hotels.com, though apparently this was a mistake, that was supposed to only be half the price....

"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

Tia is a fabulous cook and Jose and Akil were always very helpful with any of our needs or planning day trips. The Tiny Village was perfect for our needs. "Villa #1 was very good. Close to smaller bar but still private. Big room and big jacuzzi. It's lay down Caribbean beach resort so all the facilities were not in top shape - BUT for the price and the amneties it's great. Just remember you need to climb stairs and low hill if you stay at villas. Staff will.carry your luggage. Nice common pool. Great staff. Food and drinks were good and not too pricy. The boat trip itself is already a great experience with the skyline and island views."

"Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself."
