This is one of the safest cleanest and secure places you can find just a skip away from the beach well maintained, helpful and professional staff you have your access ,and the grocery store is close .definitely worth checking in if you don’t want high traffic and many vendors.

Excellent stay in Bocagrande. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The self-check-in process was smooth, and communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful whenever needed. The location is great, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. A perfect choice for travelers looking for a practical, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Cartagena. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival at this hotel, unqualified, no English-speaking staff could not figure out that I had 2 separate rooms booked, telling me that I only had one room booked, creating unnecessary situation for 30 minutes. They repeatedly tried to insist I only had one, starting the stay with immense frustration. The rooms that are close to the lobby are the worst because of the echo from the lobby which turns your room into an acoustic amplifier. The noise is loud, constant, and incredibly annoying. The floor in the room was not clean. There were some stray female hairs left behind on the towels and scattered all over the shower floor. Both the sink and shower drains were severely clogged. Every time you turn on the faucet, the water immediately backs up, forcing you to stand and wash in a pool of stagnant, dirty water. The clothing rack was broken and was secured with tiny pieces of !electrical tape! As soon as you barely touch it, the entire rack collapses under absolutely no weight. Absolutely NEGATIVE experience from staying at this place.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un zona linda y tranquila, encontramos cerca supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y clinicas!! Me asistieron por Whatsapp para entrar a la propiedad y hacer el check, todo muy fácil. El lobby es hermoso y la habitación era muy confortable. Sin duda volveré!! Super recomendado!!!
