「Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer.
Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.」

「立地は良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで、部屋も料理も問題ありませんでした。
ただ、少し部屋が古く狭い印象だったこと(コネクティングルームだったので狭く感じたのは仕方ないかもしれませんが、接続部分の扉を開けていると一方の部屋の通路がかなり狭くなるなど、身動きしにくかったです。)、子供用の浅いプールが無かったこと、駐車場の入り方が分かりにくかったこと、食事の際にフレッシュジュースが無かったことなどが気になりました。」

「An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar.
The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall.」

「エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。」

「No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out.
Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing.
Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. 」

「Lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (continental mainly) and gorgeous setting. Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. 「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」

「Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska.」

「Found the mattress a bit too firm and one was stained when we removed the cover to look for a lost item. Good location and adequate. Steps up to reception made getting our bags in a little difficult with two disabled men with our group,of 4.」
