Peaceful fami fave home w/ hot tub, AC, near beach!

Big and comfortable home near the water. Perfect for a vacation with family. It is furnished with really large comfy sofas and beds so that the whole family can relax and spend some unforgettable days in San Diego. The big backyard and deck patio are the center of the house, ideal for enjoying a great breakfast or BBQ and refreshing and enjoy fresh Socal nights, a romantic bonfire, and a Jacuzzi. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms inside. There is a living room area with a large smart TV, DVD, Blu-ray, two-dining room table, and a living area with a chimney, and board games all for you to enjoy. Enjoy our new Air conditioners and heaters in each room! including, the three-bedroom, living room, and kitchen and our new fast Level 2 EV charger, bring your Tesla adaptor. All you need for the beach; five chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a kayak with oars! On the front, apart from the house, there is a private studio with its own independent entrance. Large driveway for comfortable parking on front and side with a basketball hub and a swing. The location is great! five minutes walking to the water. Seven minutes to Shelter Island and many water sports recreations at the fisherman's landing and local beer breweries. Well-known restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Liberty Station is only 5 minutes away. Very good location. Enjoy! oh, and we left you our two bikes, a kayak, and beach gear for you to enjoy with your family!
