Did not like all the soft lighting in the rooms. Bathroom very much needed a fan to combat steam and longer shower curtain. One of the elevators constantly jumped.

The fact you couldn’t have beer in your room , I won’t be back , pool was closed because of minor wind and you had no black tea for the mornings , asked for a tub upgrade and it was 100 extra per night. That’s ridiculous…The customer service excluding all the above were very friendly! Good ...
