Also, the room bordered Main St. To me, Main St in a small town is slow and quiet traffic. This was like being on a highway! Vehicles were flying through there, motorcycles, loud pickups, and big rigs- and we could hear *every one* through the closed window. All night. It woke us up several times in the night. I would not stay there again. 」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...

「Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. 「Lots of good things about this place. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean, tv worked, heat worked, bed comfortable, staff was very nice, games and dvds available and coffee all day. But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. The other negative is the bathroom which is small. The sad part is that it could have been better designed within the small...
