"We chose this hotel for its convenience to Vassar College for a visit and it proved to be convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Special appreciation to the night desk clerk who, when I asked if there was a place we could purchase a phone charger because my son had forgotten to bring his, told us that places were closed but quickly offered to loan us one from the front desk."

"The Holiday Inn is a dependable, safe, and comfortable place to stay when visiting our college student. Parking is easy, check in quick, breakfast has good choices. The coffee bar is a plus too!"

"Our reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before our stay. Had to sleep in our car. Red roof inn had overbooked so they cancelled all 3rd party reservations. We'll never book a stay there again. Not a smart business move."

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"Hotel was sufficient for the visit. It’s located across the Mid-Hudson which costs a toll each time you pass through which depending upon your need for travel to the other side of the Hudson it could be costly."
