「In the original room, we felt men’s cologne smell very strong, and asked to change the room. The reception accepts our request, and we felt comfotable to stay in the new room. There was no tissue paper box, and coffee machine was out of order. But it is totally fine for us!」

「The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality. The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful. Not a repeat destination.」

「Everything was good. Wish they still had coffee makers/amenities(coffee, tea) in room like website stated.」

「清潔感があってとても良いホテルでした。満足しています。」

「This was a nice and affordable getaway for me and my girlfriend. Everyone was very nice. 」

「Just stayed the night. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good」

「The Inn was conveniently located from the banquet next door. The room was in good condition. It served it's purpose.」

When we tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work in the room, so my husband had to go to the front desk and complain. He was told that the computer did...

「フロントの方にお願い事をして際にフロントの方が笑顔を素早く対応して頂けた ことには大変好印象を受けました。 ホテルに宿泊する人にとって従業員の笑顔は大変重要と思います。」

「Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.」

「location is a bit odd tucked behind another hotel right off of 84. But pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, considering that the one in front of it is very "tired". 」
