「With our initial room smelling of mildew, the second one was no better, the AC worked when it wanted to, mind you it was literally freezing temperatures the night we stayed. The light were inconsistent, through out the room, with outlets being painted over completely, so we only had one working outlet. 「Always enjoy our stop over in Tarrytown. We’ve stayed several times as we’ve traveled from Maine to Maryland. Goosefeathers is delicious for dinner. This time we picked it up and enjoyed in our room as we had our dog along with us. The breakfast at Tarrytown is worth the price - an all you can eat Buffett with every option including fresh fruit, plain yogurt, made to order omelets, pancakes, gluten free options, sausage and bacon with regular and turkey options. Whatever you need you can have...

「The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late...

「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」
